Lynda.com is an online learning platform that offers business, software, technology, and creative skills to achieve personal and professional goals. Through videos and downloadable exercises, industry experts provide engaging course instruction. Library cardholders have free and full access to the Lynda.com catalogue.
The library subscription is the same as the individual Premium membership. Most course content can be downloaded for offline use with the Lynda.com app (see below).

Using the Lynda.com app
The Lynda.com app is available for your phone, tablet, desktop computer, and TV. Get the free app from the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Windows Store.
To use the Lynda.com app with the Library’s subscription, get the free app for your Android or iOS mobile device. After you have installed the app, choose the Organization login and enter sfpl.org under Web Portal. Click Log in. You will be redirected to the Library’s Lynda.com login screen, where you will be prompted to enter your 14-digit card number and PIN. Once authenticated, you will be returned to the Lynda.com app to continue. The Lynda.com app will remember your library credentials.
